All parts of Calvary Chapel Magazine, either in its printed form or in the online magazine, are copyrighted materials. It is the property of Calvary Chapel Magazine and may not be reproduced or distributed in any way— including via the Internet or in hard copies.

Only five (5) copies of a particular article can be printed for personal edification. None can be re-distributed without making a pre-determined donation in order to help offset the financial costs of producing this body of work. There is a $500.00 fee associated with having a Calvary Chapel Magazine article or any portion of it displayed on your web site.

If you would like to hand out articles that have appeared in the magazine, please purchase original copies from Calvary Chapel Magazine for that purpose. The bulk orders from churches make up over 70 per cent of our operating costs that allow us to continue publishing. Any “strategy” that avoids paying for the actual magazine inhibits our ability to do the work we feel called by the Lord to accomplish.

If you received any text, images, PDF files, or any other documents to review from Calvary Chapel Magazine through mail, email, or any other way, you are still bound by these terms. That does not give you the right to post those materials on your site as your own. Donating money, time, or other resources to the magazine also does not give you the right to violate these terms.

We would still prefer that you would link to materials on our server, even if you are willing to pay for their use. Our current fee for taking images, text, or documents from our site and then displaying them on your site is $500.00. If you are using materials from our site in ways that violate these terms, and you don’t have our express written permission, then we will send you a bill for $500.00 when we discover any unauthorized usage.
