culture: 49.3% claim to have no religious beliefs. about 26.3% percent of Koreans consider themselves to be Christians (19.7% Protestant, 6.6% Catholic), and 23.2% are Buddhist. South Korea is almost entirely homogenous, except for about 20,000 Chinese people.
